Move everything to Cloud
There is new buzz word in this IT Industry . For every problem there is one solution "Move this thing to Cloud" Problem Solved. Cloud computing allows to move every resource into cloud . Funny right, now I can move everything to cloud . Let me start from Home , move my grocery, my bed , my pillows, my TV everything to cloud and get whenever is need.
A time would when TV and refiregrators would be available on cloud , when we need it pay for it and get it and release it.
Well , I would also move my shares, FDs and some ornaments to cloud too :) What a brilliant idea, move everthing to cloud. I think we should move money also to cloud , when we need it we would take from cloud and then return it.
One fine IT resources would be moved to cloud :( Pay-as-you-go Model of us :)) , when we are needed we would be used, no worry of RMI for heavy weights . Best solution , no layoffs.
Maybe we can move our childrens and parents to cloud and get them whenever it neccessary :) If everything would have moved to cloud we would never have something to proud of it। We would never say यह मेरा बेटा है , rather we would say my Son is in Cloud.
So cloud is like crocin for Indian IT industry, सब मर्ज़ की दवा है , बीमार हो तो , शर्दी हुआ है , पाव दर्द कर रहा है , सर दर्द के लिया :)

Reclaim your life
I was just watching one of commerical for Tata Safari dicor, beautifully crafted and designed ad. No more than 50 sec Ad and man it just has shaken me and may be many of us theArmchair critics. Do we really enjoy , enjoy our life ? No , Isn't , We just live in a whimiscal world and doing all hard work , stretch out , doing dingy work on daily base so that once we would enjoy the country side.

LIFE GOES BY, BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, CAN YOU FEEL IT PASS BY ?
No , we don't realise the life pass by ? I spent 6 years in a company hoping for better future and now realize it is over nothing can be done. I joined the company because I enjoyed life in the company , but past 1 year I am dragging it. No Enjoyment , I don't like to work but I get money that's it , nothing else !
But on 15th May , I would drop a resignation letter and say a good bye to this company. No need to stay in the sick company. Nobody knows what the company's goals are, and if there are some it is not aligning to my goals.
There is no independence in this company , there is no goals , only processes (empty Rituals). The company I work for has hell lot of process of what people should not do but what are they meant for ? It is like headless chicken. Management team is clueless what is direction of the Development division ? Everybody is waiting the company's CEO would take some decision Hahaha , I was surprised to hear that, nobody is passionate about their job. Everybody is dragging their work.
It is good time , to take charge of my life, I would spend more with me , I would enjoy the country side drive , I would enjoy meadow of life, I would enjoy the running stream . I would enjoy my lost days, I would climb a cliff, I would go to my school (after 20 years :) ) , I would serve people, I would dream Again :) I would love my life again. I would claim it again.

Culture in my company
Culture is the environment that surronds you at work all the time. Culture is key aspects that shapes your work relationship with your colleagues, your work enjoyment and your work process. But, culture is something which is intangible (can't be felt and define) but it shows up in symptons and behaviour by group of people in company or a division.
Culture is made up of beliefs, value, attitudes and behaviours observed by group of people. Work culture is evidence the moment you are in work place , it does not take much time to recognize it. Much harder is to define it to anybody, if somebody ask why this group of people are behaving a particular way. You may say it is due to Culture. The other would ask now what is the culture ? Uhhh? What to say Culture is Culture is Culture how can define it.
Well the roots are in Belief and Value System.
My Company is in way suffering from Poor Work Culture Disease (PWCD).
