Culture is the environment that surronds you at work all the time. Culture is key aspects that shapes your work relationship with your colleagues, your work enjoyment and your work process. But, culture is something which is intangible (can't be felt and define) but it shows up in symptons and behaviour by group of people in company or a division.
Culture is made up of beliefs, value, attitudes and behaviours observed by group of people. Work culture is evidence the moment you are in work place , it does not take much time to recognize it. Much harder is to define it to anybody, if somebody ask why this group of people are behaving a particular way. You may say it is due to Culture. The other would ask now what is the culture ? Uhhh? What to say Culture is Culture is Culture how can define it.
Well the roots are in Belief and Value System.
My Company is in way suffering from Poor Work Culture Disease (PWCD).
